The left side is stamped with 'Regent 1911-A1' and the right side is blank. For this price, im after a quick sale.Īs with many replicas, roll markings are minimal. I will not accept offers so please if your not serious dont contact me. The price i have put down is literally my bottom dollar. This gun has hardley been used and looks and feels and shoots like new. Im offering this set at a fantastic deal. Is it common for both the the slide and frame to be serial numbered?Īlmost like new condition. I have not seen other examples withe the slide marked. My Norinco, Model 1911A1 clone, has matching numbers on both the outer right side of the slide and frame - 301XXX - one right above the other.
The challenge is this: the countries that received these rifles from China didn't have most of the documents with the production details. The Chinese marked each rifle with a factory symbol stamp along with an SKS 4-digit serial number. These days, doing a Norinco SKS serial number lookup is easy online.
